As the Supreme Court, in its politically-partisan wisdom, debates the, to them, constitutionality of the Affordable Healthcare Act (commonly known as Obamacare); and, as most observers of the Court feel, are preparing in June to declare
all of it unconstitutional, if this happens, there is a simple solution to America's health care needs.
In place of the existing 2,700-page law, the Congress should pass and the president should sign a one-sentence, seven-word bill that states:
All Americans shall be covered by Medicare.
